Its Leadership and Execution alright
Yesterday, I finished my Software Process Improvement (SPI) Leadership and Execution Workshop class. I must admit that I was fearful in conducting it at first. Primarily because, I decided to go beyond my original scope of software process improvement training and start tackling leadership and execution factors.
It is a good thing though that the class was small. I was able to validate my ideas and insights. On the part of the participant, I’m certain that it was tough as it forced forced them to go behind the scenes and really thinked through the leadership and corporate environmental factors that can make their SPI program work.
